Question by : Can my dog get parvo from clothing or a person?
My dog has not been vacinated for parvo in at least a couple years. I adopted her from a rural shelter and they couldn’t confirm she had any shots, but she has been spayed so I am guessing she has. She is about 5 years old. I am concerned because my friend is visiting tomorrow and her dog had parvo a week ago. And my friend thinks maybe my dog can get it from her or her clothes. Is this true?

Yes, it CAN be transmitted that way!
That is the main reason why I keep my shoes and scrubs at work and never wear them home!

Question by missdeadlocks: I would like to start my own online retail shop for dog clothing and more. I have the site, i have the traffic
PROBLEM IS…i dont have the merch. And a very low budget. Any ideas as to how to jumpstart it on a small scale will be appreciated. Maybe someone knows someone that uses a specific retailer/wholesaler. I am in the tri-state area..not far from nyc. Thanks

of course; if you have the buyers,
connect with the suppliers who make
those types of goods.
I think you did this sort of in reverse but
I will help you to “right your ship.”

A few nice Dog Clothing images I found:
what i’m wearing: april 1

Winter uniform I’m hoping to be done with for a while. I’ve just started wearing these boots again now that the snow is gone; the real winter uniform is all this other stuff only with Docs.
Winter uniform is short denim skirt (one of three, all thrifted) with two or more layers of the things that cover legs which I will not name because I’m sick to death of the approximately fifteen jillion people on flickr who are fetishists for such things. Dog not included in my winter uniform, he was just hanging out behind Jones & Co and wanted to get his picture taken.

Needed Raincoats for the Dogs

I got the cycling jacket at a thrift store for . It created a sauna effect when I wore it so I decided I would make Myles a coat out of it and downloaded a pattern from the net. Myles refused to go out in the rain so I didn’t make it, but over time both he and Rudy were willing to face a very light drizzle. Then last Wednesday they went out when it was raining substantially because they saw another dog out walking. But they came back wet so I needed coats right away since forecast was for rain through the week. Then on Friday a client donated some clothing and there was a soft fleece shirt perfect for the lining. I was going to use a flannel sheet, but the fleece will attract less water.

Question by Mike: Does dog clothing make dogs warmer?
I’ve been thinking of getting my dogs some clothes. Nothing too crazy. A little sweater or something maybe some shoes. I must say the shoes are just adorable.
Well lately its been getting colder at night. Averages at 40 degrees farenheit. I have a pomeranian and some sort of pekinese dog. They are both somewhat hairy. Should i get them clothes? and are the clothes good at keeping them warm?
